1. Construction Supervisor

   Will report to the VP – Engineering & Construction and will be responsible for contractor prequalification, bidding & tendering of projects, construction methodology & planning, QA/QC systems and compliance, scheduling and project delivery on time, budgets, safety of the works, conformance to specifications, reporting and overall construction management for implementation and construction of green-field Hydropower Projects.

   Qualifications:

   • Must be a licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer
   • Must have at least fifteen (15) years experience in management , supervision and coordination of the engineering processes within the design, planning, and implementation and delivery of new hydroelectric projects or optimization of existing hydropower facilities
   • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

2. Design and Cost Engineer

   Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for developing of designs and carrying out the estimating functions. The position requires full knowledge in putting together cost plans, estimates, and tender documents for a Hydropower Project.

   Qualifications:

   • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
   • Must have at least five (5) years experience in project estimating and tendering.
   • Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
   • Willing to do fieldworks.

3. Field Inspection Engineer

   Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for the inspection of the civil components of a Hydropower Project.  The position requires full knowledge in hydraulic and structural analysis & design, survey works, estimating, and drafting.

   Qualifications:

   • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
   • Must have at least two (2) years experience in Hydropower or any related Civil Engineering field, preferably in Water Resources Engineering.
   • Must have at least five (5) years experience in doing analysis, designs, estimates, surveys and drafting works in the field of Civil Engineering.
   • Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project)
   • Must have adequate experience in establishing Design Criteria, Design Assumptions and Methods of Design.
   • With good knowledge of the Engineering Codes, Standards and Practices.
   • Positions offered will depend on the number of years of experience of the applicants.
   • Applicants with minimum experience may still apply.
   • Willing to do fieldworks.

   • Senior Auditor

     Will report to the Internal Audit Manager and will be responsible for evaluating the soundness, adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of existing internal controls of financial and operating systems. Must be well-versed on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, 14004:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007.

     Qualifications:

     • Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
     • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor for ISO Management Systems (IRCA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
     • Preferably with three (3) years auditing experience (financial, operations, information systems audits) in a major auditing firm or company.
     • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
     • Willing to travel.

   • Employee Relations Officer

     The person will report to the HR Manager and will handle Employee Relations activities and Total Quality Management programs.

     Qualifications:

     • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BS Industrial Engineering or any other management related courses
     • Must have experience in HR management functions and Total Quality Management Program implementation
     • Must have background on Compensation and Benefits, Salary Administration and Job Evaluation
     • Must have good presentation skills and can facilitate training programs and other related activities.
     • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
     • Must have a good oral and writing skills
